Landlords order screening reports (credit, criminal, eviction, rental history) through VerticalRent. We partner with top-tier data providers including TransUnion and Data Divers. Reports are FCRA-compliant and delivered within minutes.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power features like AI lease generation, risk scoring, maintenance triage, and listing copy. Each feature consumes a set number of credits. Your subscription includes monthly credits, and you can purchase more at any time.
How do application fee splits work?
When you set an application fee, applicants pay it through Stripe. You earn 50% of the fee, and VerticalRent retains 50% for platform and screening costs. This is deposited directly to your connected bank account.
Is VerticalRent FCRA compliant?
Yes. VerticalRent is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) operating under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We maintain full audit logs of all screening activity, capture permissible purpose at time of order, and include adverse action notice functionality.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period and then reverts to the Free tier.
