Representing rental housing providers in El Paso and the Sun City-Juarez border metro. With Fort Bliss, UTEP, and strong cross-border economic ties, El Paso's rental market has unique characteristics. EPAA provides lease forms, landlord education on Texas landlord-tenant law, and advocacy for property managers and independent landlords in the Borderland.
