AATC serves rental housing providers in Fort Worth and Tarrant County. As the fastest-growing large city in America for much of the past decade, Fort Worth's rental market is exceptionally active. AATC provides lease forms, landlord education, tenant screening, and advocacy for apartment owners throughout the DFW Metroplex's western half.
