About This Chapter
Black Sheep Convention is an annual two-day real estate investing convention for Texas agents and investors, run by StepStone Realty. It meets once a year. Next: Friday and Saturday, October 15-16, 2027, in Dallas-Fort Worth (venue to be announced). Classes are taught hands-on by Texas investors, brokers, attorneys and lenders who are closing deals now: mortgage wraps, curative title, wholesaling, construction budgets, scaling with systems, and AI for real estate. 2026 in San Antonio drew 105 agents and investors in the room and online, with 10 classes and 10 hours of Texas CE. No sales pitches from the stage.
