GaREIA is one of the longest-running real estate investor associations in the United States, founded in 1986. Atlanta REIA is Georgia's largest real estate investment group. We meet the first Monday of each month for presentations, networking, and deal discussions. Atlanta's growing market offers incredible opportunities for investors at every level.

North Metro REIA serves the north Atlanta suburbs including Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, and Cherokee County. First-year membership at $149, renewing at $99/year. We focus on the rapidly growing north Atlanta corridor with some of Georgia's highest median household incomes.

Connecting real estate investors in Savannah and the Georgia Lowcountry. Savannah's historic districts, booming tourism economy, SCAD student population, and Port of Savannah expansion create a rich and diversified investment landscape. Monthly meetings provide local market education and networking for investors in Chatham County and surrounding coastal Georgia communities.

Serving investors in the North Metro Atlanta communities of Cartersville, Marietta, Kennesaw, and Cherokee County.
