Georgia Apartment Associations

GAA is the statewide trade association for Georgia's rental housing industry, representing landlords and property managers before the Georgia Legislature and state agencies. The Atlanta Apartment Association is the primary resource for rental housing providers in the greater Atlanta metro. AAA provides education, legislative advocacy, and a powerful vendor network for apartment communities of all sizes throughout Metro Atlanta.

Serving apartment owners and property managers in the Augusta-Richmond County metro area. AAGA provides lease forms, landlord education, and a peer network for rental housing providers in the Augusta market, home to Fort Gordon (now Fort Eisenhower) and the Augusta National Golf Club.

Representing rental housing providers in Savannah and the Coastal Georgia region. The association provides lease forms, landlord education, and advocacy for apartment owners and independent landlords in Savannah's growing rental market, fueled by the Port of Savannah expansion and tourism.

Representing rental housing providers in Athens-Clarke County and the surrounding area. As home to the University of Georgia, Athens has one of Georgia's most active student rental markets. The association provides lease forms, student rental guidance, and landlord education for property owners throughout Northeast Georgia.

Serving landlords in Macon, Warner Robins, and Central Georgia. The Middle Georgia Apartment Association provides lease forms, landlord education, and peer networking for rental property owners in a market anchored by Robins Air Force Base and Mercer University.
