South Dakota Real Estate Investment Associations

SDREIA connects real estate investors across South Dakota, with primary activity in the Sioux Falls metro — the state's economic engine. South Dakota's no income tax environment, affordable properties, and landlord-friendly laws make it a compelling investment destination. Monthly meetings provide local market education and networking for Mount Rushmore State investors.
