Pennsylvania Home Owner Associations

West Chester Borough and West Chester Township host numerous HOA communities popular with Philadelphia suburban renters. Tenant screening is required for rental properties throughout these communities. With West Chester University, top-rated Chester County schools, and proximity to the Main Line, these HOAs carefully screen all prospective tenants.

Applecross is Chester County's premier golf community centered on the Applecross Country Club. The HOA requires comprehensive background screening for all prospective tenants. Golf club access and community amenities are restricted to HOA-approved residents, making tenant screening an essential step before any rental may begin.
