Oregon Home Owner Associations

Tetherow is Bend's premier luxury resort community centered on the Tetherow Golf Course. The Community Association requires background checks for all prospective tenants. Golf club access and community amenities require HOA approval before any renter may take occupancy at Tetherow.

South Waterfront is Portland's high-rise district along the Willamette River, developed with extensive HOA governance. Rental properties in South Waterfront's condominium towers require HOA approval and tenant screening. OHSU aerial tram access and community amenities require that all tenants be registered and approved by the HOA.
