Founded in 1977, BRAA serves rental housing providers in the Baton Rouge metro. With LSU, Southern University, and major petrochemical industry driving strong rental demand, BRAA provides lease forms, landlord education, and advocacy for apartment owners and independent landlords in the Capital City.
