Coeur d'Alene Place is a major master-planned community in North Idaho. The Master Association requires tenant screening and HOA registration for all rental properties. Spurwing is one of the Treasure Valley's premier HOA communities, centered on the SpurWing Country Club golf course in Meridian. All rental properties require HOA background check approval. Golf course access and community amenities require that all renters receive HOA clearance before occupancy.
