About This Association
Formerly the Apartment Association of Greater Omaha, AAN represents rental housing providers throughout Nebraska. The association provides education on Nebraska landlord-tenant law, lease forms, tenant screening resources, and advocacy before the Nebraska Unicameral Legislature for apartment owners and property managers statewide.
