Delaware Apartment Associations

DAA is Delaware's primary apartment industry resource, representing landlords across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties. The association provides education on Delaware's Residential Landlord-Tenant Code, compliant lease agreements, and advocacy before the Delaware General Assembly for rental housing providers statewide.
