Q: How can I add notes to a specific transaction?

Of course. Each transaction entered into the Income & Expense ledger has a unique "Trans #" associated. By clicking on the unique Trans #, you are taken to the Details page of the transaction. The default sub-tab in the details section of the transaction is "General". The sub-tabs to the right are "Related Lease", "Documents", and "Notes". Upon clicking on "Notes", you have the ability to add specific notes to each transaction. These are very helpful to your tax professional. You can reference specific expense receipts you have attached to the transaction.
