How do I start?
When a tenant violates their lease, you may deliver a written notice informing the tenant that they must either correct their violating action or vacate the property. This written notice must include the following:

- the tenant's name and address

- a statement that the lease will terminate fourteen days from the tenant's receipt of the notice, unless the tenant cures the violation before that time is up
How do I serve notice?
