The Customer Success Analyst (CSA) works closely with VerticalRent customers to ensure their long-term success and loyalty to using our platform. You’re responsible for building long-lasting relationships with subscription-based customers, up-selling new customers, conducting live demos, and answering questions about the platform to new and existing customers. This is a dynamic role with an hourly wage and a lucrative commission structure. In this customer-facing role, you must be comfortable working on the phone, communicating via e-mail, and eager to learn the industry’s leading rental property and tenant screening software.
